Job Summary
Autoagent Data Solutions is seeking a Client Services Specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers by assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience with our platform. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to address customer needs and contribute to process improvements. Key Responsibilities
• Assist customers with onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for Autoagent’s platform.
• Educate clients on best practices and features to maximize their use of the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Onboarding and Tech to resolve issues and improve customer
experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Identify and escalate complex issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Gather customer feedback to help drive product and service improvements.
• Support training initiatives and documentation efforts to enhance client understanding.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in customer service, client support, or a related role.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and handle inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Experience in SaaS or technology-driven customer support is a plus.
