Job Description & Requirements

Social Media Management

  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts across various platforms.

  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments or messages as directed.

  • Help track social media and analyze performance to suggest improvements.

Content Creation

  • Write blog posts, newsletters, or articles for the company website.

  • Create or assist in designing marketing materials, including graphics, email templates, and promotional flyers.

  • Support video creation, such as helping with scriptwriting or editing.

Market Research

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.

  • Gather data on potential new markets, target audiences, or customer demographics.

  • Help analyze research findings and present in reports.

Email Marketing Campaigns

  • Assist in creating email marketing campaigns, including writing copy, designing templates, and scheduling emails.

  • Assist in building and segmenting email lists.

Event Support

  • Help coordinate marketing for company events.

  • Assist in creating promotional materials or managing event registrations.

  • Take part in managing logistics or helping with on-site marketing during events.

Campaign Tracking and Reporting

  • Help track the performance of various marketing campaigns (e.g., online ads, social media, email marketing).

  • Assist in compiling campaign results and creating reports for the team to analyze effectiveness.

Customer Engagement

  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries or feedback on social media, email, or other platforms.

  • Help create customer surveys or collect feedback for future marketing campaigns.

Branding and Design

  • Assist with maintaining consistent branding across all marketing materials.

  • Help create visual content for campaigns, including graphics for digital ads, social media, and brochures.

General Administrative Support

  • Support the IT team in day to day operations, such as organizing marketing files, maintaining databases, and scheduling meetings.
