Summer Social Media Intern
Part-Time | Unpaid Internship
Duration: June 8 – July 19, 2025
Job Summary
TheGreekend® seeks creative and enthusiastic Social Media Interns for Summer 2025 to support digital marketing
efforts on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Interns will assist with content creation, community management,
analytics, and event promotions to boost engagement and brand recognition. This is an excellent opportunity for
students passionate about social media, marketing, and the Greek-American community.
Responsibilities
● Maintain and grow TheGreekend®'s social media presence
● Develop strategies to increase engagement and interactions
● Assist with marketing and promotions for events
● Research and organize Greek-American networking and cultural events
● Create high-quality content aligned with TheGreekend®’s brand voice
Requirements
● 18+ years old and enrolled in college, university, or trade school
● Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
● Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented thinker
● Strong writing, research, and communication skills
● Experience with Canva (preferred but not required)
● Active involvement in the Greek-American community (international applicants welcome)
Preferred Qualifications: Ideal candidates are organized, passionate about digital marketing, and eager to contribute to
a growing brand. Involvement in Greek-American young adult events is strongly encouraged but not required. Students
pursuing Communications, Journalism, Social Media, Advertising, Public Relations, or Marketing are preferred but not
required.
