The PanHellenic Scholarship Foundation Hosts A Successful 2022 Winter Mentorship Dinner




CHICAGO, IL - On the evening of December 21st, 2022, over 120 attendees, consisting of PanHellenic alumni, industry leading mentors, and young professionals, participated in the 2022 Winter Mentorship Dinner.


Sponsored by the Hellenic Foundation Grant Award, this event provided an intimate setting for participants to receive career advice and guidance from 12 mentors who are leaders in their fields – ranging from business, law, medicine, finance, international relations, and more.





A panel discussion followed, where participants heard from select mentors representing various industries. The Mentorship Dinner panelists were: Commander Elias Voulgaris, Expert on Policing to the International Criminal Court at The Hague, Netherlands; Ms. Georgia Tasiopoulou, Consul of Greece in Chicago; Dr. Dean Tsarwhas, Hematology and Medical Oncology Specialist, Medical Director, North Region Cancer Center, Northwestern Medicine; Judge Tony Kyriakopoulos, Judge of the Circuit Court of Cook County IL, Chancery Division; and Mr. John Manos, Regional President at Bank Financial.




The event concluded with an address from the Chairman of the Foundation, Mr. Robert Buhler, where he announced that the PanHellenic Young Leaders program will now be accepting interested applicants. This program will allow students and young professionals of Hellenic descent to have access to the Foundation’s events, mentors, and network of resources


All young adults that have not received the PanHellenic Scholarship are encouraged to be a PanHellenic Young Leader!
