Information provided by or on behalf of Scholarship Applicants are not Submissions for purposes of this policy. Submissions will not be confidential and will become the property of PANHELLENIC upon submission to PANHELLENIC. By providing any Submissions, you agree to assign to PANHELLENIC, at no charge, all worldwide rights, title and interest in copyrights and other intellectual property rights to the Submissions. You represent and warrant that any Submission you provide to PANHELLENIC will be complete and accurate. You acknowledge that you are responsible for the Submissions that you provide, and that you, not PANHELLENIC, have full responsibility for the Submissions, including their legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality and copyright.Except as expressly stated and agreed upon in advance by PANHELLENIC, no confidential relationship shall be established if any user of this website should make any oral, written or electronic communication to PANHELLENIC (such as feedback, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, etc.).   1. APPLICANT INFORMATION. Pursuant to PANHELLENIC’s scholarship application process, PANHELLENIC will receive information from and about applicants which under PANHELLENIC policies are deemed Confidential. PANHELLENIC will take reasonable steps to assure the privacy of the applicant including assuring that paper files are maintained in a safe private location in locked cabinets and electronic information will be accessible to authorized users confirmed by passcode access and a reasonable firewall. Paper information containing transcripts, letters of recommendation or social security or tax records will be shredded when disposed of. All such information will not be disclosed to anyone in a manner which is unrelated to PANHELLENIC’ s mission. All student information and all deliverables with respect to students and any no public financial information as to the foundation or its donors will be kept in strict confidence except as approved by the Board of PANHELLENIC for a proper mission purpose.

  2. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. These terms of use, together with those incorporated herein or referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing or by making such amendments or modifications available on this website.
